The Shift in Clinical Practice
01 / 05

It starts at the cell.

Longevity medicine begins where every chronic disease begins. Inside the cell. Inside the molecular machinery that decides how a patient ages.

02 / 05

From research to readable.

What the science says. What it doesn't yet. The honest line between the evidence and the hype. A framework you can defend to a colleague.

03 / 05

The body in full view.

Metabolic. Cardiovascular. Hormonal. Mitochondrial. Six pillars taught as one system, not silos. The way you'd want to learn them.

04 / 05

The clinician leans in.

Real consultation flow. Real testing protocols. Real prescribing decisions. Built around the way you actually run a clinic.

05 / 05

A different conversation.

Not how to manage their disease. How to prevent it. The ABLM Diploma gives you the framework and the language to lead it.

The curriculum

What you'll be able to do

Each milestone is phrased as a clinical capability, not a topic list. You can see what changes in your practice as you progress.

By Module 08

Relate ageing pathways to clinical practice

Connect core ageing pathways to presentation, risk and follow-up in your everyday consultations.

By Module 12

Interpret six longevity biomarkers

Read the labs that matter and build a treatment plan around them, not around the panel template.

By Module 18

Evaluate metabolic dysfunction

Frame metabolic dysfunction as a longevity issue and set optimisation priorities for the patient in front of you.

By Module 24

Build plans patients can follow

Combine nutrition, lifestyle and preventative strategies into a plan they will execute, not a printout they will lose.

By Module 30

Weigh advanced longevity therapies

Evaluate advanced longevity interventions against evidence, safety and the regulatory boundaries of your setting.

The faculty

Taught by practising clinicians.

Every module is delivered by clinicians in active UK practice. Teaching maps directly to how the diploma is structured and assessed.
